By accessing or using 96 TV LIVE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

96 TV LIVE provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming services, including live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide access. The Service is delivered digitally through compatible applications and devices.

3. Account and Credentials

Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials (server URL, username, and password) via email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension without refund.

• Credentials are for personal, non-commercial use only
• Each plan specifies the number of simultaneous connections allowed
• Exceeding the connection limit may result in temporary access restrictions

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months). There is no automatic renewal — you must manually purchase a new plan when your current subscription expires. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change for future purchases. Current subscriptions are honored at the price paid.

5. Free Trial

The free trial provides 24 hours of full access to the Service. Trial credentials are separate from paid credentials. No payment information is required for the trial. Trial access is limited to one per customer.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast content from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the Service
• Share your credentials with individuals outside your household

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services, internet outages, or force majeure events.

8. Content

Channel availability and VOD content may change without notice as we add, remove, or update our catalog. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or title. Content is provided under licensing agreements and may vary by region.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In general, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase for paid plans. Trial accounts are not eligible for refunds as no payment is required.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, particularly regarding credential sharing or commercial redistribution. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time by not renewing — no cancellation fee applies.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 96 TV LIVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
